At this moment, some victim statements have been altered, and adjusted Regardless, Two names have come up and have come forward with apologies and regrets for having exposed what they have, or associated with the people they associated with. One of which is requesting to be kept entirely anonymous, and no longer wants involvement.

A user who reached out to another server member, who later got in contact with me. First things first. ‘W’ promised them confidentiality, and then failed them. So here is a statement from them, in total confidentiality.They have admitted that they felt pressured, and don’t feel or believe they are a victim in all this at all. Can we let people speak for themselves?The name is censored to protect the original user in contact as it was not me in those screenshots.

After speaking to Them. It was found that there were unrequited feelings that were not returned. After they realized what they were going to do with their screenshots, they reached out to us to tell us that they were neither manipulated, nor groomed, simply confused.
Though this next screenshot may contradict the screenshots seen previously, this is a response from Smeet.

UNBANNING A “PEDOPHILE”As for this situation at hand, a server member was unbanned due to being unfairly banned in the first place. In its entirety, the situation is as follows.
A server member (Bodily age 14) had made suggestive comments within another server under an alter who is 35 years old and received a warning in that server, what should have been done was done, right? Wrong.
Instead, ‘W’ took it upon herself to ban them within Smeets server, most likely knowing they couldn’t ban them within the offending server, but was looking for excuses to get rid of “cringe” members.
After speaking with the user, it was discovered that no verbal warning had been given, but had they received one, they would have understood, instead, they were banned without notice from Smeets server. Later expressing confusion when they were banned.

Later, it was found that everything was entirely wrong. “[the mods] had made a mistake. the banned user is a system (bodily 14) and the alter in front at the time of the offense was 35. since there wasn't proxy bots/pk involved, staff thought this 35 year old alter was making inappropriate advances towards an underage singlet.
we wouldn't find out until later that it wasn't a singlet, but another system who wasn't proxying. the other system's fronter at the time was also an adult, so the only real offense was talking about suggestive topics in our server” taken from a conversation with one of the mods on this topic.
The banned user has declined to allow her conversation with a friend about the situation to be put into the document for privacy concerns (understandably so, she's bodily 14,)The banned user admitted their faults and had told their system to never do it again.
And guess what? She didn’t repeat her mistake.

THE OLD MODS
Warnings for the section are slurs, racism, ablism, possible homophobia, and harassment/bullying.

The old mod team consisted of ‘hop’ and ‘W’, later on ‘A’ and Tricho, ‘phin’, ‘D’ acting as supplementary mods simply because they had a special role. Since then, the mod team has changed, and they have released their own statements since.Their bias was consistent, if the mods didn’t like them, the server members were banned from the server. If the server members did something in another server, they were banned in this one simply as an excuse to get rid of them.‘W’ admitted to using the server simply for personal gain, not caring for the members nor their discomfort when dealing with ‘D’.‘D’ attacked anyone who entered the server, blatantly power tripping, being racist, ableist, and downright disgusting towards anyone who entered. I think, in my opinion, that's the only good thing about ‘D’; They hated everyone equally!‘Hop’ encouraged a lot of these behaviors, and had admitted to hating for fun. (Seen in later screenshots)Dodozoi (Creator of RF wally) was unfortunately also has been harassed and insulted by ‘D’ and the old mod team the moment they entered the server.

RACISM WITHIN THE SERVER.
Before I had become a mod, there were two things I had noticed
One, that there were quite a few people who simply could not speak English, and two people, ‘D’, a poc girl, throwing the N-word around like it were free candy. This made many server members uncomfortable. Asking ‘D’ to stop was not allowed, because it was within her right… What about our right to speak our language? We’ll get to that.
Two, there were quite a few members who couldn’t understand english!, in an attempt to make the spanish speakers feel more welcome, I spoke with them, and I had begun conversing with them about how that specific day felt like a nice day for soup… a conversation in about Soup in Spanish was interrupted by ‘W’ declaring that no other language could be spoken within the server except for English… When asking why, they said that there were simply no mods who could speak our language, so we couldn't speak it.
What is unfortunate is that Smeet is Latino. Smeet understands spanish, Smeet is a mod.
Well… When I had become a mod, me - a Bilingual Fluent Spanish Speaker - became a mod. The idea for an international chat that I would personally watch over was still not allowed…. So ‘D’ could say the n-word, but we couldn’t speak our language….? You’re just racist at that point.

According to this member, ‘D’ has since apologized.

THE SHITTALKERS GC
‘W’, ‘D’, ‘hop’, ‘phin’ and ‘A’ +3 others were all in a group chat called “offbrand void theater” aka “the shittalkers gc”. What they did within the group was

Insult young artists art
Call members slurs of all kinds.
Insult smeet
This chat has since been deleted.The old mod team held extreme bias towards the active server members, often acting rude and straight up telling them to “fuck off” if they tried to defend themselves from their behaviours.

This was only one of many instances ‘D’ would be rude, ableist and straight up racist towards other members posting their art or simply having a conversation, neither the mods ‘hop’ or ‘W’ told them to stop or be respectful at any point in time, instead encouraging ‘D’ and finding a lot of what was said Funny.The Shittalkers groupchat was deleted, along with the 200+ times Smeet’s name was mentioned within that GC.

‘W’ admitting to using their server for commissions and not really caring if the other participants attacked others.

‘W’ admitting to rigging the entire VC contest, intentionally making other server members lose.Unnoted, due to being deleted, is ‘A’ blatantly ignoring content warning//trigger warning tags then crying about the content shown. There are content warnings for a reason. Everything is spoilered, if the tags are ignored, that is their own doing.Potentially a copy pasta? I did not include the full tyrade.

“It takes everything to be nice-” No the hell it does not, it costs me $0 to be sympathetic and understanding to the server members you were all harassing.

FINAL STATEMENTS
This is the section where the people working on this document have decided to put their final thoughts on the situation. Take these as you will and remember we are not trying to make people seem one way or another with this section.

SMEET’S STATEMENT
I want to start by offering my deepest apology to any pain I have caused towards anyone in the past or present. You have the right to be upset at me and the right to make a call out on my awful behavior. there's a lot of shit I did in the past that I am not proud of. I was very young, maybe around 12 or 13 maybe 14, I do not remember. I did not understood the whole meaning of proshipping as I was told that it was ok and that it did not affect reality when really it did and it affected a lot of my friends. I have hurt many good people and instead of taking responsibility for my actions, I’ve been running away from the harm I caused thinking all will eventually move on and I can restart, unfortunately I do not remember anything that happened when I was at that age but I am not going to defend any actions I did. I was indeed a proshipper at one point and I did draw a lot of problematic art. After that though I completely forgot about it and thought I was a good kid who likes shipping stupid characters until meeting my ex partner which led me back into being proship/comship again. I was on my ex's side defending them and believing that what they did was just fiction and it doesn't affect reality. I thought that people were just being sensitive. Eventually on June 2022 I couldn't handle any more of the ongoing drama and all of the controversy. I finally realize that all of this was just wrong and how much it genuinely affected my mental health, so I cut ties with my ex, I am no longer associated with them and their partner and I have been trying to improve myself for the better and I have, but not a lot as I still fucked up and harmed a lot of people. While I can't take back what I've done, I am committed to learning from my mistakes and taking the necessary steps to better myself. And again I am truly sorry for any hurt that I have caused. I understand this isn't going to get everyone to like me again but I just thought It was time I just accepted who I really was.
I also do want to apologize to anyone who got involved in this as I should have been the one to stand up for myself.

STATEMENT FROM STARSKULL
I must say, I’m a tad disappointed in everyone involved in this. From the way the old mods treated others (including myself) all the way to how they decided to go about the callout post. No one in this situation is free from blame yet some of you act as if pushing the focus on someone else will make everyone forgive and or forget.There was almost nothing done right with the callout. If all the screenshots and videos truly proved everything you guys said, you would’ve been able to show it in full without cutting it up. But no, instead we get weak evidence that’s old or so out of context that one message was able to bring a new light to what was being said.Considering how black and white everyone seems to think, I have to specify this. I personally am not in support of Smeet or the old mods in this matter. I did not help with this document to defend either parties’ actions. After this, I will be helping out where I can in the other servers whilst being a VA for Welcome Home AUs not including Butcher Wally. I do not wish to speak to the old mods or Smeet after this point and any attempt to do so will result in me blocking.To all those affected by this situation, I wish you all the best of luck in healing. I never wish for anyone to be harmed or to stress themself out over internet drama. Especially the people who were taken advantage of through peer pressure. Take care of yourselves.

STATEMENT FROM TRICHO
Hello.
It is important to note that I am speaking on behalf of MYSELF, these are MY OPINIONS ON THE MATTER.
My crime is apparently denying involvement, however, denying involvement and hiding my involvement from you all is completely different.
The mod team we worked with was fully aware of the things I did to get those screenshots, I was on the call when Smeet was crying when reading the screenshots. ‘Hop’, more specifically, had a very deep connection with Smeet, and unfortunately the betrayal they felt from the screenshots was enough for them to decide what needed to be done.
Yes, I was mean, I screenshotted, but so did all of you, and it was good I did, clearly! Because you all had a “no screenshot” rule, I think we all knew that rule was going to be broken.
Once again, I know it was mean. Really mean, I made fun of drawings, sometimes pointed out strange things in chat, but once again.. Never to their face.Once again, hiding my involvement from all of you is completely different from denying involvement in any of the actions you all did. The difference is that I never did it with actual malicious intention.After you were all removed, and for only two days, the server genuinely thrived again. The server wasn’t walking on eggshells around ‘D’ and ‘W’ in fear of being attacked or banned, they were allowed to be themselves like they always wanted to be in the first place. They were allowed to have actual conversations again.

All these messages, minus the ones about Star, were lighthearted jokes, as it is KNOWN that I’m not a fan of English VA at ALL. I had then cleared the air with Star. Star KNOWS I was PISSED at him for using my art without credit. We can let this go now.

In the video, it is said “You love me” “I Hate You.” “Why must we fight?” Did I continue after ‘D’ had said “No actually”? No. I stopped, why? Because I can't stand ‘D’, every single interaction with them was done through grit teeth because I genuinely despised her, and the fact that she would just harass and insult everyone who entered the Server.Lastly, I want to apologize to all the server members I had to insult, humiliate, and mock behind closed doors.
None of you deserved to be pulled into this the way you all were, I hope you can find safety within the server still, and continue to trust us as the server goes down.I, in no way, am siding with Smeet or with what they have done.I am simply stating the facts as they have come, gathered as much information as possible, and released it into this document. This concludes my opinion on this matter.
Once this document is released, I will only be speaking with the parties involved, I will moderate Smeets server until it is taken down, and then return to where I was before. I was a nobody before this, and I want to go back to that now.
I also heavily encourage all parties at this moment to genuinely take a moment to relax, disconnect yourselves from the internet and be actually YOU for a day, not whoever you are online, please take a few hours and disconnect for your own mental health.
